Perfect blinds?

Has anyone had perfect fit blinds fitted in their house? These are the only type of blinds I can find to fit our windows which open inwards.

Are they really expensive? Any tips?

Yes, I have them 'upside down' on my front room windows so I can let light in from the top while still stopping people seeing in from the street - much better than net curtains. They were pretty pricey but they've been great, the mechanism is v clever (doesn't slip even though it's upside down) and they look v clean/neat.

I measured and fitted them myself... had to measure about 5 times before ordering though because I was afraid i would get it wrong. You need to be accurate within a millimetre or two i think.

I have them in a french doored bay window, so two door blinds and 4 window blinds plus another window in the same room.

We love them, have had them about 6 months. We got a local company to measure and fit them just because they were so precise and because we knew they would have to cut the frame of the blind to fit around the window handles.

They are not that expensive, my mate has the same french door bay window thing and she had horizontal Venetians and mine were £150 more than hers.
