I'm currently in a 2 bed HA flat and have been offered a 3 bed HA house (woo hoo!) so all being well, I should be moving in about 5/6 weeks.
I know when I hand in my notice for the current place they send somebody round to inspect it and tell you what needs doing but to be honest, I don't really know what they will tell me to do. The flat is only 4 years old and I'm the only person who has lived here so there's not much 'wrong' with it iyswim. There are a few things I'm not sure about and would like some advice from anybody who has been in the same situation.

Decorating - I've painted the bathroom, the smaller bedroom and the hallway. Not anything too dramatic, just plain colours (I got sooooo sick of magnolia!) and I was just going to touch-up where there are marks, holes filled in etc. but will they ask me to change it all back to magnolia?

There is a crack in the sink, a thin crack about 10cm long, caused by me when I dropped a bottle of perfume. Doesn't affect the sink in any way but will they ask me to buy a new one? Same with the bath, there is a very slight chip in the bath (about 1cm) but that was there when I first moved in and I did tell them about it but nothing was ever done. There's also a bit of damage to one of the kitchen work surfaces, a chip right at the edge about 1cm across. Ex was being a dick tried to open a bottle on it 
I know it varies from HA to HA but not that much and I'd rather just get everything done now to save me panicking about it later.
