Temporary blinds or similar

We're moving in a couple of days and for the foreseeable, won't have any curtains or blinds. The windows in the new house are a completely different type to the old house, so we can't reuse these.

I've seen these on the internet and they look good, but has anyone used anything different?

We're going to be without proper things for some significant time until we can afford what we really want, so I don't want to resort to sheets tacked over windows, or sheets of cardboard.

get spring loaded tension poles (they come in adjustable sizes, you just need rough size) cheap from homebase etc or www.curtain-pole-wizard.co.uk/curtain-poles/type/tension-poles/?cmp=go_curtainpole&kw=tension+rod+Broad and cheap tab curtains eg ikea to slip over or from charity shop or use curtain rings again buy inb packets from homebase etc

i have them as "temporary" since four years -and they do hold up heavier curtains not just voile . have one holding up a cotton throw/bedspread for draughty front door in winter
