Good quality decorating tools - which are best?

I'm about to start some major redecoration, I've done lots before but have usually just used brushes and rollers from DIY sheds, which can be a bit hit and miss.
Which roller would you use to get a good flat finish? I don't like the stipple look, so usually use a brush but a roller is usually quicker.
Thanks

I was recommended this one by a professional and it is really good. It holds loads of paint, doesn't speckle you in paint and leaves a lovely finish.

I love the harris no loss brushes (usually blue handle).
