Paint colour advice please!

Hope someone can give me advice. My house is like a patchwork quilt of paint samples on the walls! I'd love to find a cool off white/v pale grey colour to compliment white wood work. Sounds easy but somehow everything I try is too dark, warm or too white do doesn't look any different against the white woodwork. Nearest I've got to is porcelain doll from dulux classics range. Need to make a decision today!
TIA

No help yet but tomorrow I'm trying out "dusk" from Sanctuary paint (homebase's slightly posh own brand range) and Crown "whisper of dramatic" - which I think might be too blue.

Tried these? If not I'll let you know how I get on. The other one I thought could be good was "soothing white" from homebase standard range.

Duluc chalky downs is lovely and comes in lots of shade depths The 3rd lightest one is what you are describing
