Are washing machines usually included in the sale?

Just filling in the fixtures and fittings form and not sure what to put.

We could do with a washing machine for our new place but I don't want to look tight, if it's not the done thing to take the washing machine!

It's not particularly new or snazzy so wouldn't cost much to replace with an equivalent.

Unless its built in, I would say its not included.

CMOTDibbler · 17/08/2012 17:48

No, not normally included.

Not normally included unless it is integrated.

Ours was integrated but was only a year old.

We didn't have one going to our new house, so offered our buyers it for £150, if they wouldn't have wanted it we would have took it with us.

The previous owner of our house left his because he was moving abroad. He also left the dishwasher. Nine years later they are still going strong.

I would say that this is not the norm though.
