what software do architects use?

Microstation seems popular.
AutoCAD less so.

BIM on government projects seems to be increasing the popularity of Revit.

I use Autocad Architecture with 3ds Max Design. I sometimes use Google sketchup.

Looked into Revit but its expensive...
