Why can't I find the sold price for this newbuild?

A newbuild on our development has just gone up for sale and I can't find out how much it was first sold for. Every house in that road sold in 2009/2010 and I can find the sold price for all of them but two. Why would this be? I've tried every sold house price site so I think the information is actually missing on the Land Registry, or it's been recorded wrong.

I'm not just being nosey, we want to try to sell ours soon so I'm researching what others are getting for theirs at the moment.

Have you checked Zoopla?

Is it because they were a part-exchange with the developer?

I've checked them all Mum2Fergus. The same two houses are missing from every site.

Perhaps that's it broadsheetbabe. I don't think sold prices for repossessions are published, it might be the same for PX.

How frustrating, they are the only two of this style on the street.
