Flipping Ikea kitchen not looking right

I thought I had picked my new Ikea kitchen but when in the shop today decided that I didn't like the worktop and units together. Had picked beech numar worktops with abstrack yellow-white units. It just looks dirty when put together in the store. I really like their walnut laminate worktops but don't like the feel of them. Posted earlier about Iroko worktops - would they work together?

Also have pine floor in dining area of kitchen (which I am not going to remove as they are of good quality) and horrible orange tiles in the kitchen end which are going to be removed. Any suggestions as what to replace them with - was thinking vinly flooring but no idea of colour or style (tile or wooden floor look).

If anyone interested in replying, I will download plans of my kitchen to my profile.

just wanted to check - are you aware that IKEA kitchens don't allow any space at the back for pipes? (All other kitchens do) I was set on getting an IKEA kitchen until I found this out. It would have added loads of expense and hassle to the process.

Hi aufaniae, am hoping the plumber can sort it out. He's coming round tomorrow night to give quote as I need pipes moving to new sink location. What kitchen did you choose instead btw?
