Buying property as a limited company and buy to let mortgages?

Anyone have any experience of this? Did you manage to find a competitive mortgage that doesn't tie you in?

I did this a few years ago now, probably about 5 (?), and I took a bank loan rather than mortgages.

I can't remember the ins and out of it, and it was when RBS were very keen to fiddle 'help' so it might no longer be an option, but that worked out best for me.
