Closomat, Gerberit, loos that wash

My DH is very disabled and we are building an extension to include a wetroom for him. He finds it difficult to wipe himself and we are looking at loos which wash and dry. Does anyone have any experience of these? Are they worth the money?

Have you tried the special needs board too. I've only seen one of these on the tv. Good luck.
