Average sized 4 bed detached. The fascias are wood and need painting, but we're going to get someone to put in UPVC ones.
How much are we looking at paying roughly?

I have a quote for £850 for a two bed end of terrace in London...but it is only for the side (not front or back). Was a bit shocked at the price but can't get anyone else to quote (have rang a few places and even had a few come out).

Good luck, hope it's not too expensive.

We are far from London & were quoted £4k to start.
By the time they talked to us a few hours & realised I wasn't we weren't complete mugs the price plummeted to 1.5-2k.
Cowboys.

We got them painted for £500 instead, 4 yrs ago, still look great.
