Hi guys, need some advice.
We moved into our rented house in January. We have a shed in the garden. The roof is falling apart and it's unsecure. We want to be able to put our bikes and kids toys in there but they will get wet (rusty) and probably stolen!
My dh is willing to secure it himself but i was wondering if it was acceptable to ask the landlord to help with the costs. It's needs new felt, nails and lock ect.
Anyone got any ideas before I get turned down by landlord and feel a muppet for asking!
