Hi just putting a property on the market
reached a good deal with estate agent but got the agreement through
they want extra - not large - charge for doing a floor plan - do you think its worth it - I am thinking probably
also option to have premier listing on rightmove -again extra although small - I am thinking not intially? although it says it has an high click though

I have a premier listing and floor plan for no cost. The floor

Oops - the floorplan is standard and I didn't ask them to upgrade the listing, they just did.

well I am a little suprised the floor plan isn't standard but its a good deal otherwise
just wondered if anyone thought the premier listing was worth paying for

I would go with the floor plan. I don't about the premier listing, sorry.

I have been browsing Right Move for ages looking for my perfect home I look by area using the map. Whether they are premier listings or not really passes me by, I don't really notice.

I do love a floor plan though.

I would go back to the agents with "I'm surprised the floor plan is not included. All of the the other agents I contacted had this included. By charging me extra for this you are no longer competative and I shall be revisiting my other quotes".

Hopefully they will drop the charge or reduce it. If they won't you can still go with them but it is worth trying.

I do think a floorplan is important. It is the quickest and easiest way to 'judge' how suitable a house is, because the pictures can be very confusing, making a room look awkward or small when it isn't.

I can't say I have ever noticed which houses are 'Premium' listed. Rightmove lists in price order and so they are randomly scattered throughout, and as said above If I'm looking for a house I will look throughly through the listings and see them all.

I wouldn't pay extra for that.
