Just had a second viewing and they were here for over 45 minutes again (I went for a Pimms with the dog!) and they have sat on every chair, sofa, stool, pouffe and bed. Now they have a house to sell but I wondered if this is a good sign or whether I ought to hide the porridge!

Thanks - hoping so. The question is if they do like it, will they be able to sell their property so I can offer on the house I like before it's snapped up?

I once had a coupel view my home. They spent a total of 1 hr 50 mins in my house over 2 visits. Never put an offer in. I genuinely think we were looking for a day out - bitter, moi?

Oh well - it turns out they were timewasters!! They decided not to have their house valued as well. Back to square one!
