Which is a good website to rent our property on?

For years, we have managed to rent our flat in SW London through putting it on Gumtree. They are now asking for loads of fees. In the past, we could bump it up to the top for free - now they are asking for £5.95 each time you do it.

We are happy to pay to get the property on a site, but would just like to know some reputable sites. Have you had success with any? We manage the flat ourselves so would not be needing management.

I had the same issue. Used Gumtree with great success until fees increa. I now use Lettingaproperty.com

£79 and ad goes everywhere - Rightmove, Gumtree (bumps the ad up the list daily), Lettingaproperty.com etc etc.

Great service.

I've had good success with moveflat.com in the past. About £35 from memory. My flat is in NE London.
