We are planning to put an offer on a house. The current owner is an elderly, fragile lady who lives with some pets. The carpets and laminate floors are soiled, the house smells. It looks like nothing's been cleaned since she moved in a year ago. It was a bit sad TBH 
I'm wondering how you go about sorting out the cleaning, esp the floors - hire a skip, rip the laminate /carpets out, bleach floorboards? Are there companies out there that do this, and if so, what would be the cost please?
