Hello,
I'm helping a friend draft a letter of complaint to a mortgage broker.
They completely stuffed up on arranging a mortgage and as a result friend lost the house they wanted to buy.
They have spent £1,000 + on searches, fees etc. and want to recoup this money plus some compensation for time wasted etc.
Has anyone successfully done this? Or have any advice?
Friend is very financially stretched, and houses in their price range don't come on the market very often so any help gratefully received.
