There are now 4 houses in our STREET for sale at the same time (we live in a small culdesac and it looks awful with all the for sale signs) and one is a repossession that is under £20,000 less than market value.
We need to sell our house asap due to personal issues and have been told about fast-sale-today.co.uk but are worried it's not the right way to go.
I also know that some people have been put off the larger house that is £20,000 under market value as they are like "What is wrong with it.... is the area that bad???" and then if that one aint selling why will someone want to pay more for a 2 bed? Eeek. Help please :)
