this house to have a loft conversion ...(it is sold stc to someone else, though has been for ages so it might come back.) there are others on the road though..
things to note..
- it is in a National Park, not in the built up area
- other houses in the row have loft conversions.
what chance would we get of a forward facing window? there are no houses opposite (there is a busy road) and i lust for that view over the fields ... the other houses do not have front top windows other than velux, though do have side and rear facing windows.
cost ballpark figure? if i could get pp i'd want pretty-pretty peaked roof windows.
max size would be 24' square box going from base size of house. with bathroom and two bedrooms. we can do internal decorative finishing ourselves.
we have four weeks left in our house.... need to be finding somewhere....
