What sort of window dressing for bathroom?

It's more for decoration/finish to the room than privacy as we're not overlooked. The room gets a lot of condensation in the winter (cold walls), so a nice roman blind is probably out (I foresee it going mouldy in the folds). It is a period-style bathroom, so didn't want anything too modern. Any ideas?

You could try a roller blind. You don't have to have something plain, you can have your own fabric laminated (not silk in a bathroom, obv).

Or how about white wooden venetians? They can be wiped over if they get condensation on.

Although you don't need privacy, for decoration you could consider window film like here.

I'm not going to get into the ventilation question....Grin

We have a wooden venetian blind, painted in the same colour (ish) as the walls.

Having a new extractor fan fitted to see if it helps. Problem is it is a big room in an old house with only one small heated towel rail. In the cold weather, the room would just fill with steam as soon as you put the shower on! Now weather is warmer it's fine.
