Rebuild cost?

Does anyone happen to know the rough rebuild cost for an average, 2 bed, purpose built flat, first floor; standard materials? It's for insurance purposes. Thanks.

Normal buildings insurance is covered by your maintenance charge as rebuild value would be done for the whole- or at least this is the case for all our flats.

Hi yes this is the case with mine, but I was looking to add landlord cover before renting it out and I can't get info from the management co or the current communal insurers! Sorry, should have explaned the situation further. Thanks though :-)

Hi well I think it depends a little on your valuation but my first floor 2 bed flat that is in a block of 4 flats, has a rebuild value of 80,000 , actuall value 110,000
