has anyone successfully had a TV with a built-in DVD player fixed?

We've got an Evotel TV with a built-in DVD player. Really happy with the TV, but the DVD player now won't work - it just says 'no signal'. I have tried everything I can think of: turning it off and back on again mainly but no joy. Can't find the manual and am pretty sure we are out of warranty. Any ideas what I can do? Really can't afford a whole new telly!

IM slight E they are low-priced and not very reliable.

with luck you can plug an ordinary DVD player to it with a SCART lead, they are quite cheap now.

I am starting to realise that buying DVD integrated probably isn't a very good idea either...
