I was watching the secret agent programme with phil offering advice on what to do to get a sale on your house and he mentioned that there are websites you can look at to find out what the previous sale prices were for the property.

Does anyone know of any?

Mouseprice?

Thanks doblet, I've had a look at mouseprice, but it only goes as far back as 1995, so don't get the complete history.

Are there any other sites that show further back then 1995?
