Kudos shower enclosure - anyone got one?

Non DIY person here.

We had ours installed only 3 months ago and the 'water proof' seal on the opening edge of the shower door is already coming off.

How is easy is it to put a new one on?

We do have one but have never done this
I'd go back to the installer tbh

I have just had a Kudos shower and wet room system installed. The quality of the glass shower panels is high (as is the price) - they seem good but i dont know about wear and tear. The wet room floor system was also expensive, and a major hassle as I was not informed properly by the sales staff about how it would look when installed, the sales rep had never seen it installed himself and didnt tell me there would be a lip in the floor (and their materials dont mention this either). As a result i was out of pocket with a product that was not right for my needs, and they would not give me adequate compensation. A staff member came to my house and tried to argue with me in a very unsympathetic way. not a nice experience.
