We are buying a house in NE London and trying to decide whether to get a homebuyers report or full structural survey. I'm a bit sceptical about a structural as I've read that they have so many caveats they are only worth it if your surveyor is good. just going through the yellow pages doesn't fill me with confidence. Can anyone recommend a decent surveyor in the area and I'll call them and have a chat. Thank you.
