Need some plastering done.
Hall, stairs and landing - the hall measures about 4 x 1.75m and landing is same. Straight normal staircase. Wallpaper needs removing and ceilings need boarding before plastering can be done.
Bedroom 1 - approx 3.5 x 3.5. Just the walls.
Bedroom 2 - approx 3.5 x 3.5. Walls and ceiling - ceiling will need to be boarded over before plastering can be done.
Kitchen ceiling - approx 4.5 x 2.5 - needs to be boarded over before plastering can be done.
All plastering materials provided.
Laminate flooring, with new skirting boards provided. I already have the laminate and underlay.
-laid in hall (4 x1.75m.)
-lounge (5x4m)
-front living room (3x3m)
Total quote was £3200. Any idea of whether this is ok or not, we're in Wales. Will probably get some more quotes but have got other members of family who've used this guy before and say he's good/ reliable.
