Last year my neighbours had a lot of work done on their house, and we had a Party Wall Agreement. Once the work had finished, I threw all the documents away; I now realise this was foolish. I've just sold my house and my solicitor is asking for the PWC. Before I confess, can somebody advise me if I actually NEED it. I've emailed the Party Wall Surveyor asking him if he has a copy. I don't actually want to ask the neighbours. Can't find anything on the hinterweb so I'm hoping somebody else on MN has had this problem and can help. Please. Pretty please.
