curious thing on rightmove - spot the glaring error?

here is a property on rightmove..

pp for cottage with 1.5 acres paddock

here is another one sharing the same planning permission application

pp for big Sussex-esque monstrosity

the planning permission is conditional on the demolition of the two houses in plot 1 (cottage with 1.5 acre paddock) - anyone else see the problem with this?

they have the same planning application - reliant on demolition of the two extant farm labourers dwellings in plot 1....

though i had looked at it going ..wha?
