Can anyone advise pls?

How/where can you find out who owns or even manages a rental property?

Having problems with the neighbours and want to speak to the owner to put in a complaint.

The land registry is your best bet. I think there's a small charge though. Have you spoken to the council/local police?

Haven't spoken to authorities yet as it's not that bad yet.

Wanted to speak to owner, have it a bit more informal for the time being. Basically anti-social behaviour, intimidating and I came so close to calling the cops the other day as I felt unsafe going into my own property.
