Update on house not selling in Morley, Leeds

I read out the thread to my mum and amazingly, they have taken all of your suggestions on board. They took it off the market for a couple of months, have decluttered, turfed the garden, had a floorplan drawn up and even had a staging firm in to make it more marketable :)

It went back on the market this week with a new agency, and they've already had 2 viewings in the first 2 days on the market!

I think it must be very hard to take criticism about your own home.
