Help me, I am nearing the end of my tether....
We are almost at the point of exchange but there are a couple of outstanding issues which I am losing faith my lazy arse solicitor (big online firm) will ever be able to resolve.
It feels like I call every Monday, she reassures me she's doing all she can, then she avoids my calls/emails etc for the rest of the week until the same thing happens again the next Monday.
Tonight I have emailed her if she doesn't get us ready for exchange by Thurs at the latest I will look into her firm's complaints procedure.
What more can I do???
