Getting ready for agents re-valuation and photos...

Any tips?
Agent visited us in Jan, kitchen, bathroom and floors were not finished. Afebt said "as is, £125k"
Since then everything's done including painting almost throughout so the valuation on Tuesday should reflect this. Agent thinks "£139k"

So, the garden has loads of weeds in front and back and the conservatory is full of boxes. Which is more important to tidy up for pictures?

Where do you put all your stuff???

Thanks!

Tidy the front and after the agent has photographed the inside see if you can move some boxes out of the line of vision.

Alternatively you could take the pics yourself as we did. Then you can move stuff around as you like.

I agree - don't know where you are and what the going rate is but I'd get gardener round pronto (£10 p/h in our area) for a hour or so to sort the front - at least that's the kerbside photo sorted.

Do the other garden yourselves - a bit each evening (back breaking but then heartbreaking is the feeling when you can't sell).

If the agents photos of other properties are not fab - take them yourself and buy yourself some time!

Boxes gone...gardening the front in the rain tomorrow I think!!
