Anyone with folding sliding doors, what patio have you got?

Have just had some lush tall aluminium folding sliding doors fitted and was wondering what kind of patio to go for. I was thinking perhaps a grey slate as it looks quite modern like the doors. What do other people have?

How about something in a similar material/colour to the floor in the room the doors lead from? If your patio is the same level as your house it creates a great inside/outside space when the doors are open. We've run stained decking to match wood floors inside and pale ceramic tiles to match kitchen tiles - both looked fab, IMO.

We dark wooden sliding doors.. which match the dark Oroco wood worksurfaces.. and the decking is stained dark wood too. Really lovely... (kitchen floor is off white tiles, so it's not too dark.)
