Please cross your fingers for me this will go through, last vendors pulled of of the sale!

This house is more expensive, it is lovely inside.

The garden needs some work and I am concerned at the lack of a garage, it just has a small shed, so I will have to get the garden secure between exchange and completion and another shed put in.

Ooh fingers crossed! I'm sure it will be fine.

Is it empty? If the vendors are there you can probably leave the garden untill you get the keys.

Its exciting getting a new house Smile

The vendors are chain free, grown up children, not found anything, so moving into rented, I think now they have an offer they may find something Wink as long as no big chain it should be ok!

It is the first home I have bought alone, gulp, and a new area to me!

I meant to say they have nothing in their garden ,it is also unsecure, anyone could walk in to the back, so my pots, garden furniture etc would not be safe if I don't get garden secure before I move in!

Its a whole new oppourtunity for you then! I loved my first house, my DB bought it from me so I still get to go back and see it, and it still gives me a buzz Smile.

I love getting a new house, it always feels like a new chapter, and think of all the new adventures you will have in it!

I am not going to be popular with the vendors. I just pulled out. I did some research and had a long chat with planning, and the house will now not be for me. For once it is me being the one stopping the sale.

Off I go again, I have two to view next week so far.

I never had to work so hard to find a house before.

Oh no! Well if its not right, its not right, and now is not the time to lumber yourself with the wrong house - you may be in it for a while depending on how the market rides out!

Best of luck with your viewings!

Thanks. I feel very bad for the vendors, their home is lovley, I am sure it will sell quickly, I was the first and only person to see it and offered the full asking price, it never went up as sold on the agents web site, so fingers crossed it will be ok for them.
