Another sale fell through, vendor personal circumstances. I put in an offer on a house, he was reluctant, I had been warned he wanted more, they persuaded him to not reject my offer, he is still doing viewings, for three thousand extra. Its a house that has issues so I am not bothered if I loose it, had I then I would have put a time limit on the offer.
It is just so difficult to find something.
I may rent if I can't find something soon.
