Bathroom light suggestions

Doing up the bathroom and I can't decide on a bathroom light. I would like a pendant but DH says it will not be bright enough. Just hate bathroom ceiling lights. Don't want spotlights as already have them in other places.

Any suggestions please.

Hmm, most pendants aren't bathroom safe really as they need to have the bulb enclosed, although there are things like this

How about wall lights?
