Need quartz worktop longer than 3m, does it exist?

I am currently looking at having a new kitchen and we're at the planning stage.

Along one side the worktop needs to be 3.35m long. I've been told I will need a join as the longest made is 3.2m. I don't want Corian either. Does anyone have any good suggestions? Thankyou.

I have no idea with regards to length but we also bought a piece of quartz worktop for our ensuite bathroom and got a really good deal from a granite fitter.

We basically bought an 'off cut' that was left over from another job. I think in total it was 3 metres long and they split it in half to form a countertop for the two sinks and a more shallow shelf to sit underneath. They also cut the holes for the wastes and taps.

In total we paid £300 for it (delivered). We couldn't choose an exact colour but they had so many offcuts that it wasn't hard to find something we liked. In comparison to what we paid for the granite in the kitchen (thousands!) this was such a bargain!

Longest for quartz is 3.2m
Is it just one straight run?
the joins are good though, i wouldn't look at corian either

Yes its one straight run, I hate the idea of a join, I know it will always bug me.

I phoned a couple of places today, 3.2m was the longest I could fine too.

I know its a shame. Quartz is so much more durable than Corian as well.
We have Silestone Stellar Blanco with a join, but is on a L-shape, we don't really notice the join but then it is a corner join. The polymer they use to join is as strong as the actual surface but all depends on what Quartz your looking at to how much it will be noticed.
