Is there any difference between the F&B in Homebase and the paint you buy in their shops?.

I very much doubt there is any difference - if it's being sold as F&B by somewhere reputable it should be the same stuff.

Wimborne White is nice for north facing - warm and creamy. I'd avoid James White and Strong White which are greeny/bluey.

We've just done our north facing living room in strong white and it looks good.
Although agree with minipie, wimborne white is lovely, as is pointing.

What's wrong with magnolia Wink

There is no difference in the F and B in Homebase , it is a registered stockist.

QuickLookBusy · 19/02/2012 00:15

Yes it's exactly the same stuff.

The only problem with homebase is they don't have the full range of colours, so I often order testers/paint from the F & B website.

Genuine question - What is the difference between F&B and other paint, as it costs 2-3 times as much?
