I am excited after loosing the last house, I have had an offer accepted on another.
How much roughly would the following cost?

There is a small room there that I would like to use part of to make an internal corridor, and use part of to add tom room in garage.
Currently single skim shared wall, which will be partitioned off to make a side entrance to the back of the property.
Double skin wall put up, not sure about existing roofs viability. Outside wall of house knocked down, rsj inserted. Wiring, plumbing, plastering and engineered wooden floor. Wall put up internally with door frame, don't mind if plaster wall. Brick up and window put in where garage door was and door down side external entrance.
Then there is an ancient conservatory, not useable, that needs removal. I was going to replace with a 3m x 8m extention. Just external Walls, plumbing, wiring, windows and doors dor now, as I am not sure till I live there what I will do internally.
