We're buying a house which has loft conversion potential, its not an immediate priority but something we'd like to consider for the future as part of organising our finances for the house purchase but we have no idea how much they cost.
It'd be to add a bedroom with en suite toilet/shower room. Anyone had one one and able to give us an indication?
