and fitting new
pair new bathroom basins (there are 2 there already)
new bath (same size in same position)
new shower, tray and pivot shower door (enclosure size to remain the same)
new loo in same position
Retiling in shower
retiling around bath
Amtico flooring or something like it
the heated towel rails are staying

We aren't changing the position of anything.

Assuming I buy all the sanitaryware, brassware and tiles, how much would you expect the ripping out and fitting to cost?

we did this but with v small bathroom - shower over bath, smallest toilet and sink possible. got the room replastered and tiled, but we did all flooring and painting. was about 3.1K inc. fitting. don't use homebase though, they were shite. oh, that includes all fixtures and fitting :)
