I wonder if anyone here can help please.
My Appartment that I rent out has a new tenant and in 4 days has done nothing but complain, but I'm not sure on one of his queries.
He had a plumber go there to fix a dripping tap and then showed him around all the plumbing even onto the roof to the hot water tank and he said it is too small for the purpose as its 60l.
Is there a recommend size they should be as in 7 years I have owned the place a tenant has never mentioned it before!
I do wonder if the plumber is just job hunting!
