Help, rental arrears

Hello,
Need some advice.
Our house is rented to a London real estate company.
They offer us a rent guarantee slightly below Market but take on the property and rent it for slightly higher.
The company is behind in paying us for November and December.
They have been served notice to end the agreement at the six month mark with a date mid feb.

  1. what can I do about the money owed?
  2. he has told me that he has an individual in the property on short let and that he has to give then to the end of feb. I had given him 9 weeks notice to allow the two month notice period but he didn't get his act together and do this. Can I reclaim the property mid feb? Or am I stuck? Thanks in advance

This is a chance to use my favourite words (to the shady company)

"I can see you've got a problem. What do you plan to do about this problem of yours?"

I can't see that it's your problem at all. You have a contract to rent the property to this company; he is (presumably) in breach of contract due to failure to pay bills as they fall due, so you have terminated it.

If he has some other contracts of his own, to which you are not a party, that's his problem, not yours. Make sure he understands that.
