We're deciding on colours to have upper and lower cupboard unit doors in kitchen. After thinking we'd have F&B Lamp Room Grey, we've had a change of heart.

We are now very into F&B French Grey (bottom units) and Bone (upper units). Oak worktop. DH thinks if we add white or off white into equation on other walls (cupboards run down one long wall) it's too much. He thinks we should paint them Bone. I think it's too much and we shoudl find an off white.

Is it too many colours going on? Back splash will likely be a high gloss laminate to add sheen (doors will be matt spray painted) in an off white

Thanks - am totally shit at colours as I'm finding out, so advice welcome!

I would choose one colour for the units and one for the walls.

I've just decorated with FB french grey, I absolutely love it!

Is your kitchen in? I read about it on another thread and am thinking of doing the same thing- with standard carcasses and mdf doors

Where did you get your doors from ? Does it look good? Would love to see a pic

Hi - thanks both. We are going to do units in different colours so it is about the wallsZ. So glad u love Fgrey!

Staverton - no, only carcasses are up. Carpenter measured up for doors and we are agonising over colours! Happy to share a photo with u when done. Why don't you PM me in three weeks?
