I have been looking at a lovely house that used to be joined to a barn, but the barn was converted and joined into part of the house. If I bought it, I would like to split the house and the barn conversion again in order to create a holiday let. Does anyone have any idea what sort of cost this would be ? Just a rough ballpark figure would be really helpful. Thanks! Also can I assume it wouldnt need PP except for change of use?
