Consumer Rights- Faulty Blinds

I'm looking for some advice & I hope someone can help.
I ordered 5 made to measure blinds a month ago from an online shop. They were due to be delievered within 10 days, but by Christmas nothing had arrived. After Christmas I chased & they arrived approx. 5 days later. That's when the fun started. They are poor quality, there are 3 small holes along each baton(they are roman blinds) so when the sun shines through you can see the holes. One slants to the right and all are the wrong size, they are 4cm shorter than I ordered.
I have made arrangements with the company for them to be collected tomorrow, however they insist that they will repair or replace them. I'm worried that I will get a pair of bodged/repaired blinds back or a new set which still has faults.
I thought I eas entitled to a full refund as they are faulty, can anyone confirm that this is the case and possibly point me to the relevant piece of legislation?
Any help will be much appreciated
