just put house on market, went on internet last Friday but by that time had had 2 second views (friday). It is now showing as premium listing but not sure if this is a good or bad thing Confused. Some things i;ve read suggest it's not a positive thing. btw, one 2nd viewer not in position to offer and other still waiting on agent to hear.

First off I'd check with the agent that they don't intend to charge you the cost of having it as a premium listing.

Assuming they don't... is it a good or a bad thing? I think it depends on how long the house has been on the market. With a house that has been on the market for ages, I'd say it's a bad thing, suggests owners are desperate for a sale and trying everything they can. But that isn't the case with yours so I don't think it would necessarily suggest desperationg, and might mean a few more people see it.
