Has anyone ever used a homebuyer company?

The one's that offer to buy your house quickly but at a reduced price. I'm guessing it should only be used in extreme circumstances but just wondered if anyone had any experience of them?
thank you! Smile

No experience but it can never be a good thing unless you're absolutely desperate - they'll pay way under rmarket value. I would imagine you'd be far better off putting it to auction?

No, no experience of them but as Narmada said it will be under market value. Get an agent ( I am biased as I am one) round talk fees and selling- not asking prices. Even if you are desperate. Explain your situation, time scales etc and see what they say.
