What landlord insurance do people use?

Is there anything that covers possible eviction costs?
Accidental and malicious damage, theft by tenants?

There are other things on the list but typing one-handed due to poorly little DS. Have been scouring sites for months, thought we'd decided only to have letting agent throw a spanner in the works.

I have found then really useful with rental questions. I used Endersleigh and 99% everything you mentioned is covered in our policy but you need to check.
